SINGAPORE --(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2012--  Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc.  (NASDAQ: KLIC) (“K&S” or the “Company”) announces  Lisa Lim  as the new Global Vice President of Human Resources, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer,  Bruno Guilmart . Lisa comes to K&S with over 14 years of HR experience in both the public and private sector and brings a wide range of expertise to her position. Having received a Bachelor of Law from the  National University of Singapore , a MBA from the  London Business School  and a Masters in Human Resource Management, Lisa is a seasoned strategic HR professional with a strong business acumen. Lisa joins K&S from  Dell  where she held various instrumental roles, and was responsible for talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
