SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2020-- Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (“Kulicke & Soffa”, “K&S” or the “Company”), announced today that it will be exhibiting at the IPC APEX EXPO 2020 trade show from February 4 through February 6, 2020.

Kulicke & Soffa will showcase its latest tape feeding platform, the SlimFit Tape Feeder. This new tape feeding platform is engineered with increased feeding capacity supporting a wide range of feeder sizes ranging from 4mm to 88mm, delivering better pick performance and lower cost-of-ownership.

Along with the SlimFit Tape Feeder, K&S will showcase the iFlex T2 and iFlex H1 placement systems at the trade show. There will also be a Virtual CFX demonstration highlighting the iFlex platforms performance monitoring, traceability, vPlan/NPI and material management features.
