On May 20, 2019, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared and authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend payment will be made on July 15, 2019 to holders of record as of June 28, 2019. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

SINGAPORE - May 20, 2019 - Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (“Kulicke & Soffa”, “K&S” or the “Company”), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared and authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock.
